Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for CAD 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1: Closed from Thu, Oct 26, 2023 until Thu, May 23, 2024 A damage deposit of CAD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All reservations require a credit card to hold the room at the time of booking. Upon check-in, guests must present a valid credit card for payment. To arrange pre-payment or payment by a third party who will not be staying at the hotel, please contact the property directly. Please note that a pre-paid credit card or a cash deposit will not be accepted as payment upon check-in. Please note that the hotel charges an extra 2.00CAD per room per night for their Eco-Stay Program. When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
